Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours after payment is received and cleared. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on Monday.

*Available at additional cost of $35. (5 – 7 day delivery)

Order Tracking

Tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order via email with the tracking information once your order is shipped. Please note that once your package arrives in your country, your tracking information will transfer from www.ThailandPost.com tracking system to your countrys’ local postal service tracking.

Shipping Rates

FREE SHIPPING worldwide on all orders. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions with your countrys’ custom rules and regulations for clearance. Please check with your government customs department before placing an order. We use www.ThailandPost.com as our standard shipping carrier. We use EMS for expedited shipping at additional cost of $35 (5 – 7 days delivery)

Delivery Time

USA, Canada, UK and Europe = 10 – 20 business days

Italy, Spain, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Russia, Brazil, Germany, Greece, Israel, Poland, Moldova = 11 – 30 days

EMS Expedited Shipping = 5 – 7 days

Please note: Delays maybe a result of your countrys’ customs clearance.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

For quality control and safety reasons, we have a no return and exchange policy. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Each order is processed securely in our facility prior to shipment. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will do the best we can to accommodate you. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
